Qualifications

• BS with 20 years related experience in a technically relevant degree.
• MS with 16 years related experience in a technically relevant degree.
• PhD with 12 years related experience in a technically relevant degree.
• Leadership to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities.
• Outstanding technical abilities in multiple areas of computing.
• Strong grasp on the research process (papers, ideation).
• TS/SCI Clearance.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Superior written and verbal communications.
• Collaborator comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new customers and develop R&D opportunities to expand our technology and services.
• Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and engage in technical marketing and business development.
• Lead the technical execution of research efforts and build relationships with leadership and contributors.
• Mentor technical contributors and help them grow in their careers.
• Develop rigor in execution to deliver high-quality technology solutions to customer problems.
• Work with program management to ensure proper staffing of research efforts.
• Share research results across the company and industry.
