Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, analytics or operations at a top company with strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to operate at both a high-level strategy and granular, quarterly performance levels with execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and influence cross-functionally.
• Ability to address barriers to growth in ambiguous, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new strategic goals during annual planning with senior leadership.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve operating model and key processes for growth.
• Conduct data-driven analysis on planning and operations to improve processes and outcomes.
• Frame decisions and lead discussions with senior stakeholders to drive change management.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align on solutions within annual/quarterly planning.
• Communicate Leader's strategy and agenda; drive town halls and leadership meetings.
• Monitor execution of strategic priorities and ensure KPIs are met.
