Job summary

Gate One is seeking an experienced management consultant at Principal grade based in New York. You will lead large, customer-led transformation programs, build senior client relationships, and drive growth across marketing, customer experience and related capabilities within the Havas family.

The role requires proven consulting leadership, a track record of delivering practical, high-impact solutions, and a commitment to building team capability in a fast-growing New York practice.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience in a recognized firm.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in customer strategy, customer experience and marketing transformation.
• Proven track record in growing accounts and originating opportunities.
• Ability to connect customer, marketing and business transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead major, complex client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CXO and others).
• Grow key accounts and create new opportunities across brand, creative, media and experience capabilities.
• Create and mentor a growing New York team and contribute to practice development.
• Coach junior colleagues and lead internal initiatives to strengthen propositions.
