Principal Customer Marketing Specialist here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will drive integrated campaign execution, including paid media and events, and content generation as part of the commercial team responsible for growth and customer retention. Your impact will be focused on customer engagement, thought leadership, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to execute multi‑channel campaigns that cost‑effectively drive new customer acquisition and retention. This is a global role focused on driving business results with global customers, requiring proven B2B experience, preferably in specialty chemicals or manufacturing. Additionally, experience with project or traffic management, agency management, and a demonstrable history of executing customer‑facing marketing activities are important for this role. This position can be based in our Morris Plains, NJ or Houston, TX locations and reports to the Sr Director of Customer Marketing, Refrigerant and Applied Solutions (RAS).
The annual base salary for this position is $169,316-$211,645. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
