Job Title: Principal Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst (Voice of Customer) - Remote
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal research and insights subject matter expert; consult, champion, and lead research initiatives for complex requests and strategic efforts, focused on Prime’s consumer and business customers
- Establish cross-functional relationships with leaders; show the value of research and insights across the company to influence a culture of data-driven, customer-centric decision making and drive consensus
- Apply strong research expertise and business acumen to consult with leaders and key stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear research goals and appropriate research designs
- Lead and execute on all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research, including recommending methodologies, designing questionnaires and discussion guides, data collection, analysis, and reporting – for independent and collaborative projects as well as ongoing programs and custom efforts
- Analyze and interpret primary and secondary research findings and other data to create story-driven and concise deliverables and presentations that communicate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to influence leadership
- Develop influential, engaging presentations to train departments and teams on research & insights findings or practices
- Respond to client, executive and other high-priority, strategic research requests
- Monitor customer and industry trends; proactively inform leaders of trends via actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic efforts
- Develop department principles; identify and implement process, tech, and tool improvements, including selecting and managing high-performance, long-term vendor relationships; stay abreast of the latest research techniques and tools to improve the voice of customer program
- Mentor junior analysts by providing training, feedback, guidance, and coaching
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 7 years of relevant experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive insights
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Exceptional research capabilities; exceptionally skilled at primary (qualitative and/or quantitative) and secondary research
- Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities; curiosity to dig into data; ability to synthesize and organize complex information from research and multiple sources into clear and concise narratives that communicate actionable insights and recommendations to influence leadership
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience communicating and presenting to executive leadership and a variety of other levels
- Exceptional business acumen to ensure recommendations are sound and practical
- Exceptional project management skills and high detail orientation with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- PBM or healthcare experience
- Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platform

Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
