NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a senior CPU Performance Architecture engineer to push new microarchitectural ideas, model their merit, and implement practical solutions with the build, verification, and post-silicon teams to meet timing, power, and area targets.
You should have 16+ years frontline CPU project experience, deep understanding of brand new CPU microarchitecture, and a proven record across Front End, Midcore, and Memory Subsystems, plus strong communication and advocacy skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
