Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking a Principal CPI Analyst IV to lead Lean Six Sigma improvements for MARCORLOGCOM's SECREP program. You will drive process optimization across the supply chain, manage the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard, and facilitate WIPT activities.

This on-site role in Albany, GA requires a Master Black Belt with 10+ years' experience in military logistics and advanced analytics. You will develop data extraction tools from Marine Corps systems and mentor teams through DMAIC, PDCA,

Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification and 5+ consecutive years of certification tenure.
• 10+ years leading process improvement across diverse logistics assignments.
• 5+ years with military wholesale and retail logistics (Reparable) activities.
• 5+ years using statistical methods to optimize supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive Continuous Process Improvement.
• Provide project and change management support to Government customer.
• Facilitate SECREP WIPT; brief the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard; capture action items.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and Value Stream Mapping; develop action plans.
• Develop data extraction tools from Marine Corps systems.
• Use statistical methods to set metrics targets and optimize processes.
• Apply DMAIC/PDCA, LEAN waste elimination, and DOE; support change management.
