Job summary
Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Principal Power Platform Engineer to design, implement, and govern AI-powered solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform with Copilot. You will integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents with Copilot Studio to deliver scalable, secure workflows and intelligent agents.
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure tenant readiness, governance, and compliance while optimizing agent performance and lifecycle management across
Qualifications
- Experience designing Copilot Studio agents and lifecycle management.
- Strong ALM, DevOps and modern engineering practices.
- Knowledge of security/compliance controls including Entra ID, OAuth2, DLP and Purview.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for workflows and automation.
- Develop and manage conversational topics, triggers, and orchestration.
- Integrate Copilot agents with Power Platform components and enterprise systems.
- Enforce governance with environment strategies and DLP policies.
- Manage agent lifecycle from intake to retirement.
- Ensure security, privacy, and data access controls.
- Monitor performance and improve quality and user experience.
- Support ALM with controlled promotions across environments.
- Maintain technical documentation for Copilot agents.
