Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Principal Engineer for Control Systems to design and develop embedded control systems for its infusion pump. This hybrid role allows for 3 days in the office per week. The position involves software design, coding, testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in medical device software development and proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with complex software-driven electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with medical device software development is a plus.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, document and test software components for medical devices.
• Plan and execute software verification testing.
• Perform configuration management activities.
