AI-led consulting, advanced analytics, and digital transformation.The role requires a seasoned supply chain leader who understands how complex supply chain functions from planning and procurement through manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment operate, and can partner with executive stakeholders to redesign decision-making, improve operational performance, and unlock business value through AI.This role combines strategic consulting, executive engagement, and commercial leadership to identify high-value transformation opportunities, shape AI-enabled business solutions, and grow consulting engagements across enterprise clients.The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across multiple supply chain domains, a strong executive presence, and a proven AI-enabled solution frameworks.**Qualifications & Experience:*** **12–15 years** of relevant experience with a bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: **Up to $235,000**.
