Job summary

Netgain is seeking a self-starting professional to join the Operating Apps team, acting as a hands-on consultant across professional services, enablement, and partner support. You will lead client implementations, develop scalable knowledge material, and serve as a dedicated resource for partners using Operating Apps products.

The role offers exposure to finance and accounting processes, NetSuite expertise, and opportunities to advance project management skills within a fast-growing company

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite consulting or implementation experience, with direct exposure to Quote to Cash workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Accounting experience or technical accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience in a consulting, enablement, or partner/client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a startup mindset: comfortable building process where none exists yet and the ability to independently learn new product features.

Responsibilities

• Lead select client implementations and limited scope consulting projects for Operating Apps products (NetRental & NetLessor).
• Empower clients to make informed decisions by providing expert guidance on setup and technical design considerations to best utilize their Operating Apps product(s).
• Manage day-to-day project execution, including technical design, deployment, documentation, and training materials.
• Independently lead multiple projects concurrently, utilizing experience, knowledge, and education to facilitate problem-solving as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Center articles and other enablement collateral for Operating Apps products.
• Build and maintain partner implementation training courses, keeping materials current with product functionality.
• Serve as the named, dedicated consultant to partners running implementations of Operating Apps products, helping them navigate the nuances of each engagement.
• Support partner client engagements through calls, emails, and tickets, providing strategic and technical guidance.
• Conduct partner workshops and training sessions.

The Operating Apps team operates as a startup within a startup inside Netgain. As we scale a portfolio of complex, vertically focused NetSuite applications, we're looking for a self-starter who can help us build a repeatable, scalable delivery model from the ground up.

This is a multi-faceted role spanning three areas: hands-on professional services consulting, product enablement, and dedicated partner support. You will move fluidly between direct client work, building the knowledge base and training materials that scale our team, and serving as a named resource to the partners implementing our products. You will grow personally and professionally by developing and enhancing technical expertise across finance and accounting processes, developing your NetSuite expertise, gaining project management skills, and improving your ability to solve complex problems— all while you get to help build a fast-growing company in a fun work environment with great coworkers.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Professional Services Consulting

• Lead select client implementations and limited scope consulting projects for Operating Apps products (NetRental & NetLessor)
