Location: Remote, USA (will include travel)

Role/Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive IT operating model transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with CXO stakeholders to define transformation strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT operating models and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize IT processes and workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance to CXOs on best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Understand various levels of IT organization maturity and develop suitable processes for both support operations and transformation programs.
  • Sales / presales support by leading, conceptualizing and managing the proposal cycle including proposal prep, bid presentations and contract creation and negotiations.
  • Design and implement agile processes for various functions as applicable.
  • Develop detailed business case for IT operating model transformation.
  • Develop future ready operating model using AI based solutions across all IT functions including Run and Build.
  • Manage a cross functional team to design and implement changes across strategy, org design, enterprise architecture, agile, performance management and governance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new operating models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT operating model transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with at least two implementations of Project to Product conversion programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, or PMP are highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 119,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 244,200 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
