Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Principal Manager, Construction Project Management to lead major non-electric project development and manage a capital budget exceeding $100 million annually. You will report to the Director of Corporate Real Estate and guide teams across projects in California.

The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience supervising a team and leading projects.
• Experience establishing enterprise-wide project management vision, policies, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate enterprise-wide PM vision, policies, and objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align the project portfolio with corporate strategy.
• Lead a PM community of practice to share knowledge and improve capabilities.
• Own and improve project performance metrics to meet business objectives.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and scope for large-scale, strategic projects.
