Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking professionals to support configuration and data management for government programs in the United States. The role requires advanced degrees or substantial related experience and a security clearance eligibility track.

Responsibilities include interpreting DD-1423 requirements, validating CDM SOW deliverables, and formatting documents for reviews and archiving. Will support audits and maintain thorough audit trails in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• PhD with 1 year of related experience.
• Or 9 years of professional related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Experience with Configuration Management and Data Management principles / best practices, including management of contract and supplier data.
• Experience following documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements.
• Experience with MIL-HDBK-61.
• Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time.

Salary Range

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00. The above range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Benefits

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
