What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing in accordance with compliance methodology and procedures
2. Develop test scripts to support assigned compliance reviews and ensure proper design to identify non-compliance
3. Systematically retain documentation to support results of compliance reviews
4. Perform effective root cause analysis and obtain corrective action plans from lines of business
5. Actively manage and escalate compliance risks and issues to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or related field
2. 6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or related fields
3. In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience
4. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
5. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

1. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification
