Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of compensation consulting experience.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, incentive design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven project leadership and senior client advisory experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
