  • Provision and manage cloud resources through repeatable Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform, or comparable tools.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications, integrations, automation, and data services using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.
  • Implement centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, service‑health checks, dashboards, and operational telemetry for production services.
  • Troubleshoot cloud incidents, coordinate recovery, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage application identities, role‑based access, secrets, certificates, service accounts, and secure connectivity in coordination with CEI Security and Infrastructure teams.
  • Define and enforce standards for resource naming, tagging, configuration, deployment, rollback, backup, recovery, and production readiness.
  • Review vendor‑delivered cloud components for alignment with CEI architecture, security, documentation, support, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor platform performance, capacity, availability, cloud utilization, and cost; recommend practical improvements to reliability and efficiency.
  • Create reusable platform components, technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures that enable application, integration, data, automation, and AI teams.
  • Support the transition of prototypes and project deliverables into governed, secure, and fully supported production services.
  • Work collaboratively with Enterprise Applications, Data Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, project teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Azure serverless computing, messaging, APIs, containers, identity, secrets management, monitoring, and logging.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, RBAC, Key Vault, networking, and secure application connectivity.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with production incident response, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and operational documentation.
