THE BANK is seeking a Principal Network Security Engineer to join the team in Sandy, Utah or Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on operational support of network security infrastructure, including firewalls, proxies, and security tooling, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continual learning.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in network engineering, hands-on experience with Palo Alto devices, cloud networking, and automation using Terraform/Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or Engineering or 5–7 years of equivalent work experience
• 5 years Network Engineering and enterprise level operations support
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and AWS networking
• Experience with automating virtual network infrastructure (Terraform / Ansible)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support of network security infrastructure and application components
• Primary support and maintenance to Network Firewalls and Web Proxies
• Work with cyber security tools (sandboxing, DLP, proxy, vulnerability detection platforms)
• Modify firewall rules, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal teams
