The Opportunity

This is a field-based position located in Pittsburgh, PA, within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. We focus on innovative technologies for treating heart arrhythmias.

What You’ll Work On

The CRM Product Support Specialist provides engineering, sales, educational, and technical support, responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff regarding CRM products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Interface: Acts as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
  • Relationship Building: Builds and maintains credible relationships with customers, sharing product expertise.
  • Support: Provides comprehensive support on CRM products, including engineering, sales, and clinical support, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
  • Training and Education: Develops and leads training sessions for healthcare professionals on CRM products.
  • Sales Support: Supports sales activities, regional training, clinical data collection, troubleshooting, and in-service training. Mentors less experienced team members and continuously enhances technical skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
  • IBHRE certification in CRM products.
  • Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, and related procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and OR protocols.
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Extensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

The base pay for this position is: $85,300.00 – $170,700.00
