A leading healthcare service provider seeks a Principal for Clinical Product & Innovation Strategy to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare strategy experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary of $138,800 - $231,400 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and potential bonuses.
The Principal, Clinical Product & Innovation Strategy will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping the clinical roadmap across product and innovation teams at Cigna Healthcare. This role seeks an experienced strategist with deep healthcare expertise, capable of influencing executive decision-making and driving the ideation, design, and implementation of next-generation clinical solutions that align with enterprise and Cigna Healthcare organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will bring a consulting-grade strategic toolkit, strong analytical acumen, and a proven ability to operate at the intersection of clinical innovation, business strategy, and operational execution. This role will report to the Managing Director, Clinical Strategy and Operations at Cigna Healthcare.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,800 - 231,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
