Our Sales Expansion team is committed to maximizing the value and impact of Karat's solution within our most significant enterprise partnerships, working closely with engineering and recruiting leaders to drive transformational hiring outcomes. Through strategic consultation and data-driven insights, we guide organizations through complex change management initiatives that deliver measurable business value and program growth.
As a Principal Client Advisor, you will support new and existing customers of the Company from onboarding through their entire customer lifecycle by delivering hiring and analytical expertise that allows them to transform their hiring processes into a competitive advantage. In keeping a close relationship with your book of business, you will be responsible for the continued expansion of their accounts.
This role will require up to 20% travel for strategic face-to-face meetings with enterprise prospects and industry events.
We are looking to hire for this position in the United States in select locations where the Karat team is already active (CA, CT, Washington D.C., FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MO, NV, NY, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA)

The base salary pay range across the United States for this role is:
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
