HR Technology Principal Business Solutions Analyst – Recruiting and Onboarding

Job Summary:

ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the HR Technology team, located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead and make a difference to ON Semiconductor’s Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Development, processes and overall HR technology roadmap. This role involves working closely with the Recruiting business stakeholders, L&D business stakeholders, Human Resources business partners, global organizational stakeholders and IT on leading industry platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Cornerstone Saba and SumTotal learning solutions

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product catering towards the Recruiting and Onboarding functions
  • Managing recruiting and onboarding improvements
  • Integration between Cloud HCM and other third-party systems
  • Lead patch cycles and rollout of new functionality pertaining to business of recruiting and onboarding
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition business organization in understanding the current state processes and potential improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development business organization in understanding the current state processes and potential improvement opportunities
  • Use your experience in identifying the solution options to the business problems (requirements analysis and design)
  • Perform the analysis and present the recommended solution to the business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead the solution deployment in collaboration with business and IT delivery teams
  • Create Oracle Service Requests as required to gain insight or look for resolution of issues reported

Contribute towards project intake activities and provide leadership with informed decision making and escalation as appropriate

  • Continue to establish standard tools and practices that help increase availability to focus on strategic opportunities
  • Support additional HR Technology strategic initiatives, as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in human resources, information technology or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in an IT or HRIS environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes across all levels of an organization
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
  • Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding business processes or solutions strongly preferred
  • Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
