Job Summary:
ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the HR Technology team, located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead and make a difference to ON Semiconductor’s Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Development, processes and overall HR technology roadmap. This role involves working closely with the Recruiting business stakeholders, L&D business stakeholders, Human Resources business partners, global organizational stakeholders and IT on leading industry platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Cornerstone Saba and SumTotal learning solutions
In this role you will:
Contribute towards project intake activities and provide leadership with informed decision making and escalation as appropriate
