Role: Principal Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 8 Months

Role: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of Clari, a revenue forecasting tool, across the client enterprise.
2. Develop test scripts and manage testing across multiple business units, securing written sign-off.
3. Support change management and training for the Clari tool.
4. Assist in developing training materials.
5. Create and distribute progress updates to leadership.
6. Gather requirements and acceptance criteria; log tickets using Jira.
7. Collaborate with the Clari implementation team to ensure requirements are met.
8. Lead meetings with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong executive presence.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably with Clari or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce is preferred.
