Qualifications

• BS in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Buildings industry with Autodesk products preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, program management, change management, and communications.
• Ability to facilitate customer workshops using varied techniques.
• Ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Willingness to travel 50% of time including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Define innovative Building design, engineering, and management strategies with customers.
• Collaborate with account teams to define Customer Success Plans and engagements.
• Ensure delivery excellence with Consulting Project Management team.
• Shape Autodesk Consulting service offering and delivery methods.
• Lead or assist in design, engineering, and operational management deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff in engagement techniques and change management.
