Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Ability to work on-site at El Segundo, CA.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP/S4.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional activities within the BROM team, coordinating budgeting, rates and overhead management for ~1,800 employees.
• Interface with multiple departments and management levels (VPs, Directors, Managers, Technical Staff) to meet financial goals.
