ARCHER is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the architecture and delivery of Kinexys blockchain integrations, interoperability, and on-chain/off-chain workflows. You will set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and drive security-by-design across protocols.

You will guide AI-enabled engineering workflows, ensure auditable development practices in regulated environments, and communicate technical vision to executives while shaping the product's delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification and at least seven years of applied experience.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure, system design, and resilient platforms in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of Kinexys blockchain integrations and on-chain/off-chain workflows.
• Set engineering standards and mentor senior engineers.
• Lead security-by-design and protocol evaluation; govern AI-enabled engineering workflows.
