ARCHER is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the architecture and delivery of Kinexys blockchain integrations, interoperability, and on-chain/off-chain workflows. You will set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and drive security-by-design across protocols.

You will guide AI-enabled engineering workflows, ensure auditable development practices in regulated environments, and communicate technical vision to executives while shaping the product's delivery and quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Formal software engineering training or certification and at least seven years of applied experience.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure, system design, and resilient platforms in regulated environments.

Own the architecture and delivery of Kinexys public-blockchain integrations, interoperability, and on-chain/off-chain workflows, while setting engineering standards and mentoring senior engineers. Lead security-by-design and protocol evaluation, and govern responsible, enterprise-authorized AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery, quality, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

Requires formal software engineering training or certification and at least seven years of applied experience, with deep expertise in distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure, system design, and resilient platforms in regulated environments. Candidates must demonstrate technical leadership and experience scaling secure, auditable AI-assisted development practices, as well as the ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives.
