Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Principal Engineer, Business Intelligence to lead the BI roadmap with stakeholders and senior leadership. You will govern dashboards (Business Objects/SAC) and ensure data security, while designing ETL pipelines across complex sources.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 years of SAP BW/BI architecture experience.
• Extensive SAP data warehousing knowledge incl Eclipse modeling, ADSO, composite providers, BW to BW/4HANA migration.
• Leads full lifecycle BI projects: strategy, design, deployment, governance.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA data extraction and modeling for reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Go-Live and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI roadmap sessions with business stakeholders and senior leadership to align with objectives.
• Govern design of dashboards (Business Objects/SAC) for executive decision making.
• Own security model and governance for the Business Objects environment.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across source systems.
• Develop solutions for data flow migration and performance tuning across BW landscapes.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers; create self-service BI training.
