Principal Atlassian Consultant (Travel On-site: Fresno, CA)

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Atlassian Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams, providing strategic consulting and driving impactful solutions. The position requires travel to Fresno, CA for on-site collaboration approximately 4 weeks during various project phases, with no more than 1 week on-site at a time. Must be based in the US or Canada and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions for Jira and Confluence based on industry best practices.
• Demo Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence to clients, showcasing features and functionalities effectively.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration of Atlassian tools.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams and clients.
• Stay updated with Atlassian best practices and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (8+ years) with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in solution architecture, customization, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to travel to Fresno, CA as needed.
• Overlap with US Pacific Time Zone preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet required.
