Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an experienced ORM professional to support IT and Security risk assessments and risk management activities. You will coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to strengthen risk controls and governance while contributing to the ORM program.

You will maintain risk inventories, lead risk assessment processes, and report findings to governance bodies, regulators, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise risk, technology risk, security risk, or risk consultancy.
• Experience with IT and Security risk assessments.
• CPA, CISSP, Security+, CSX-P, CET, CISA or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Security, TPRM, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to strengthen IT and Security risk management across the organization.
• Lead OCC's risk identification and assessment process (Risk Intake) for IT, Security and business risks, and verify framework consistency.
• Drive adherence to methodologies, guidance, and standards for risk frameworks.
• Maintain risk inventories, taxonomies, and other elements supporting IT & Security risk management and compliance.
• Lead and execute the IT and Security risk assessment process, aligning to risk/control universe and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure issues are reported and remediated to reduce risk.
• Generate reports of Archer data for regulators.
• Help automate IT & Security risk oversight.
• Communicate results to governance committees and leadership.
• Collaborate on enhancement of ORM methodologies, policies, procedures, and job aids.
• Track ORM findings and issues from Enterprise Risk Assessments.
