The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization, founded in 1973. OCC delivers clearing and settlement services for options, futures, and securities lending transactions as a Systemically Important Financial Market Utility under SEC and CFTC oversight.

This role supports the audit team in delivering high-quality audits and maintaining risk-aware controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with internal audit standards and risk management controls.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, including handling sensitive discussions.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery support on audit deliveries within the annual plan.
• Ensure a professional auditee experience.
• Own audit quality and timely delivery of results.
• Identify regulatory, operational, and strategic risks.
• Evaluate exceptions and propose actionable solutions.
• Lead audits related to organizational changes including tech implementations and change management.
