Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including art, layout, and animation.
• Set art development goals, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deliverables and schedules.
• Develop digital art and assets for team use.
• Direct creative direction accounting for requirements and feedback.
• Lead and mentor team members, recruit and train staff.
