  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director to maintain coherent and consistent visual language and expressions across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of high priority projects from concept through production and delivery.
  • Collaborate with and lead a diverse mix of internal and external partners to create best‑in‑class advertising and marketing campaigns across a wide range of verticals, disciplines and markets.
  • Proactively navigate a complicated cross‑functional marketing organization. Stay up‑to‑date on the competitive landscape, the latest visual trends and new technologies to keep Snap’s work innovative and relevant.

  • Ability to think conceptually and transition creative ideas into well‑art directed work.
  • Ability to influence and work cross functionally with various different partners.
  • Demonstrate a high level understanding of the business problem to solve while partnering with marketing and strategy stakeholders.
  • Present and sell through the team’s creative work in compelling and effective ways to a large cross functional team and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment and have the ability to make quick, high‑quality decisions based on evolving project needs and creative goals. Think “create, publish, learn” mindset.
  • Work in a clear and thoughtful manner and be able to articulate the strategic thinking behind your creative process.
  • Have a deep understanding of advertising and marketing processes.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills.
  • Highly curious and interested in exploring and discovering new creative formats that help drive business impact.
  • Manage and nurture collaborative working relationships with cross functional stakeholders across varying verticals, disciplines and markets.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns and innovative, high‑impact projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other industry standard design tools.
  • Experience in B2B and growth marketing in tech and social media.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Generative AI.
  • Proficient working with Keynote and Figma.
  • Specific expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
