Ladders is seeking a Principal Architect - Databricks to lead technical discovery, design, and architecture guidance for enterprise data platform engagements. You will partner with customer architects, delivery teams, and vendors to shape scalable Lakehouse and AI solutions. Remote in the US, visa sponsorship not available.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Architect - Databricks to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture guidance for enterprise data platform engagements. You will partner closely with customer architects, internal delivery teams, and vendor stakeholders to shape scalable Lakehouse and AI solutions. The position also plays a key role in presales activity, proposal development, and ensuring technical risks are identified and managed early in the engagement lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $195,000 – $250,000 annually
