Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Principal Architect to lead one or more software teams and drive architectural decisions for mission-critical systems. The role involves steering design, development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and vendor requirements.

The position requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with little supervision in a fast-paced environment. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as requested.

• Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.
• Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
• Guide development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems.
• Manages one or more technical teams within budget and project schedule.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$148,900.00 - $269,018.75
