Qualifications

• PhD in CS/ML/Statistics or related field with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 5+ years of building ML models for business applications with production experience.
• Deep expertise in ML engineering with hands-on model deployment at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or related languages for production code.
• Experience mentoring junior scientists and engineers.
• Experience distilling informal requirements into problem definitions and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Innovate features and models impacting customer experience at scale.
• Leverage advanced ML to improve customer shopping across countries in real time.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from idea to launch across science, product, design, and engineering.
