• Experience in content understanding systems in digital media
• Experience building applied science solutions on top of foundational models

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of applied science solutions for large-scale music catalog systems, leveraging foundation models to enhance content understanding
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for catalog and search teams, guiding architectural decisions across multiple systems
• Design and propose experiments using rich music content to improve search, personalization, and recommendations
• Mentor senior technical talent and set engineering standards across three teams: catalog, search, and data systems
• Identify risks and balance immediate deliverables with long-term maintainability in complex content systems
