Job description

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Principal Application Developer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This is an exciting opportunity to provide counsel and advice to top management on significant application development matters, act as the principal designer for complex major systems and their subsystems, and provide comprehensive consultation at the highest technical level. You'll work closely with client and IT management to identify innovative solutions and provide thought leadership across multiple disciplines.

In this role you will:

• Serve as the principal designer for complex major systems and their subsystems
• Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management on all phases of application programming
• Identify application development solutions, including new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, or integration of purchased solutions
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective options

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of experience with CTI/Genesys applications for voice routing
• Thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs
