Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Systems Security Engineer – Anti-Tamper/Program Protection (P4) to join the Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team onsite. This role protects warfighter capabilities through Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Software Assurance and Supply Chain Risk Management. Active DoD Secret clearance is required; U.S.

citizenship is necessary. You will lead SSE implementations, model threats, define system requirements, and ensure compliance with DoD policies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded System Security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions for DoD programs.
• Experience generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SSE solutions in Raytheon products.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow them into subsystem concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues.
• Consult and assist program line management with SSE architecture and issues.
