Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Principal Analytics Business Consultant to lead data and analytics solutions for life sciences clients. You will oversee cross-functional delivery, build scalable offerings around Veeva Data Cloud, and drive revenue growth while nurturing senior client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in pharma analytics/consulting, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma analytics/consulting
• Experience delivering Segmentation, Targeting, Patient/Medical/Clinical/Commercial analytics
• Proven ability to manage $1M+ annual delivery
• Deep understanding of pharma data for go-to-market decisions (sales/claims)
• Strong workshop facilitation, client presentations, and project management
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in Python/SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage business development cycles for projects with $2M+ annual revenue
• Build long-term trusted relationships with Director and VP-level clients
• Shape offerings leveraging Veeva Data Cloud assets
• Oversee delivery teams to provide analytics-driven recommendations
• Serve as subject matter expert on methodologies and approaches
• Ensure progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed
• Stay updated on industry trends affecting the client
• Recruit and develop Analytics consulting team members
