This position is within our analytics practice, focusing on analytics process automation, data visualization, and statistical analyses.
What You Will Do
- Lead client project work, oversee project delivery and team members, manage client relationships, identify and influence new business opportunities, and drive internal initiatives to improve the Data Analytics practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to create business value through analytics process automation, data visualization, and BI modernization and migration engagements.
- Develop minimum viable products, build production data applications, and implement large-scale modernization initiatives to optimize clients' BI analytics platform investments.
- Utilize tools such as Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI/Power Platform, Sigma, SQL, Python, and work with cloud services like GCP, AWS, Azure, as well as modern databases like Snowflake and Databricks.

- Experienced leaders with extensive project, initiative, and people management skills, combined with deep technical expertise to coach team members and solve complex use cases.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process automation, and data visualization.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Dataiku, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Platform, Sigma, SQL, or Python.
- 7+ years of analytics experience and 3+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and proactively lead projects and teams.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or other data visualization platforms (preferred).
- Experience with relational databases like Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Snowflake (plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (plus).
