Aimpoint Digital is a premier analytics consulting firm with a mission to drive business value for clients through expertise in analytics, decision science, data engineering, and infrastructure. This position is within our analytics practice, focusing on analytics process automation, data visualization, and statistical analyses.

What You Will Do
  1. Lead client project work, oversee project delivery and team members, manage client relationships, identify and influence new business opportunities, and drive internal initiatives to improve the Data Analytics practice.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to create business value through analytics process automation, data visualization, and BI modernization and migration engagements.
  3. Develop minimum viable products, build production data applications, and implement large-scale modernization initiatives to optimize clients' BI analytics platform investments.
  4. Utilize tools such as Dataiku, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI/Power Platform, Sigma, SQL, Python, and work with cloud services like GCP, AWS, Azure, as well as modern databases like Snowflake and Databricks.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Problem-solvers who enjoy working with data, transforming it into valuable insights, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experienced leaders with extensive project, initiative, and people management skills, combined with deep technical expertise to coach team members and solve complex use cases.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process automation, and data visualization.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of: Dataiku, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Platform, Sigma, SQL, or Python.
  • 7+ years of analytics experience and 3+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and proactively lead projects and teams.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or other data visualization platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with relational databases like Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Snowflake (plus).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (plus).
