The ideal candidate will manage projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to define strategies against financial crimes. This role requires 10+ years in Financial Services, with significant expertise in AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, and potential candidates must be willing to travel for work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services with at least 5 years in Financial Crimes/AML/KYC/CDD.
• Strong background leading teams of IT and business specialists.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships at senior management levels.
