Job summary

The candidate will develop training programs, edit instructional materials, and coordinate cross-divisional training efforts while maintaining currency in technical developments. Relocation and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 9 years of experience in training and/or maintenance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to transfer and maintain U.S. government Secret clearance or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Relocation to permanent location after 24 weeks of initial training.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and directs a training system and/or conducts classroom and practical instruction to provide technical knowledge for safe maintenance and operation of aircraft and related systems.
• Analyses current and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop programs.
• Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction.
• Coordinates all required technical training across divisions.
