• Building AI/LLM applications in production — real systems used by internal or external customers.
• Moving ideas from prototype to production — scale from fast PoC to hardened system.
• Proven track record delivering software in regulated environments with governance and audit controls.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI including multi-agent coordination and tool integration.
• Identity and access for AI with authentication, authorization and auditability in regulated contexts.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: observable, testable, maintainable systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills bridging business and technical design.
• Forward-deployed mindset with comfort in ambiguity and shipping mindset.

• Take ideas from prototype to production, delivering reliable, scalable systems.
• Build end-to-end agentic AI: design, deploy, and evolve autonomous agents and tools.
• Design agent architectures including single and multi-agent setups and MCP.
• Match solutions to problems with appropriate models and architectures.
• Track new models and tools, prototype, and bring relevant ones to production.
• Deliver software to production on time while meeting governance in a regulated environment.
