• Demonstrated ability to publish in leading AI venues and to mentor junior researchers.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead research projects from brainstorming through publication.
• Translate ideas into hypotheses and rapid experiments to test directions.
• Publish original research in venues like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR.
• Maintain broad knowledge of modern AI research and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate across AI, physics, quantum computing, and systems teams.
• Develop and release reusable research assets and code when appropriate.
