Job summary

Angi, a global home services platform, seeks a Principal Technical Product Manager to own the AI Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will shape a model-agnostic gateway, eval gating, and self-hosted model serving that scales for product engineering and data science teams.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, define telemetry, cost governance, and governance ladders, and ensure the platform delivers measurable product improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years focused on infrastructure, platforms, ML/AI systems, or other technical products serving internal engineering or data-science customers.
• Proven track record scaling technical platforms from inception through maturity for demanding internal customers.
• Technical fluency across the modern AI/ML stack — model serving and inference, API gateways/proxies, evaluation and testing frameworks, and cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to use telemetry and cost data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for a model-agnostic AI gateway with cost attribution and routing across teams.
• Define the eval engine roadmap and gated prompts with versioning and rollback.
• Lead the trust-and-autonomy ladder to balance independence with governance.
• Oversee AI/ML serving infrastructure and consolidated platform metrics.
