Job summary

You will lead cross-functional efforts with researchers, engineers, and product teams to build secure, auditable agent systems, ensuring safe execution, governance, and measurable business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models.
• Experience with secure, scalable agent management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
• Define the technical roadmap for agent management from discovery to retirement.
• Ensure AI agents are secure by design with visibility and guardrails.
• Collaborate with researchers, platform engineers, and product managers to productionize agent capabilities.
• Build foundational infrastructure and tools for multi-agent collaboration and memory management.
