Job summary

Highrise AI is seeking a principal-level AI Network Engineer to operationalize and secure large-scale GPU clusters across multiple sites in the United States. You will lead network fabric bring-up, configure high‑speed fabrics and ensure production readiness.

Working with compute, storage, and operations teams, you will drive performance tuning, incident response, and automation, while documenting standards and providing technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in data center or high‑performance networking.
• Experience deploying large‑scale AI networks.
• Expertise in Ethernet/InfiniBand fabrics and RDMA.
• Proficiency with Linux networking and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead network fabric bring‑up for AI clusters.
• Configure Ethernet/InfiniBand fabrics with RDMA/RoCE.
• Optimize performance and validate topology.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
