Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with 4+ years owning production Generative AI or applied-AI systems.
• Hands-on production experience on AWS, Python, React, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Experience leading technical delivery for a value stream in a regulated domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical outcome of a value-stream pod from problem shaping through production operation.
• Architects and builds production Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications in Python and React.
• Provides technical guidance, mentorship, and enforces engineering standards for the pod.
