Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in CS/EE or related field, focus on frontier multimodal LLMs.
• 5+ years deploying large-scale ML models; 2–3 years building agent-based systems or similar paradigms.
• Experience with dialogue systems handling long conversations and context-aware tool use.
• Experience building AI services handling hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences reaching millions of customers.
• Design and develop multiple agent interaction modes, including Voice AI and Deep Research.
• Pioneer robust evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails for trustworthy AI agents.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives bridging applied research and scalable engineering.
